Power of The Purse
The Power of the Purse Luncheon takes place each year to honor International Women’s Month and most importantly the inception of the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre which took place on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2003.
The Power of the Purse is celebrating its 7 year anniversary and raised over $200,000 for the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre supporting all victims of domestic violence. For this celebration, Trish Kendall is invited as their keynote inspirational speaker. Previous year’s keynote speakers included Erin Brockovich, Cheryl Strayed, Jeanette Walls, Jennifer Thompson, Amanda Lindhout and Liz Murray.

Trish Kendall is honored to be a guest on the Living Full Out show, episode: 2022.8.22, titled By Choosing To Love You Live Full Out On Your Terms. As someone who has overcome obstacles throughout her life and came out a survivor, Trish shares how her traumatic childhood impacted her ability to love and trust others. Throughout her early teenage years she began dealing with drug addiction and was surrounded with people who were not good for her. Her life turned around once she was able to gain sobriety and learn to everyday choose love.
The Living Full Out Show encourages you to choose love. Maybe you are going through a complicated situation in your home life, or possibly your friendship is feeling disconnected. With compassion and patience, you can live on your own terms.
About Host, Nancy Solari
Nancy is an authentic example of living life with an empowered mindset regardless of the challenges you face—and she is no stranger to adversity. As a child, Nancy witnessed domestic violence, divorce, and her mother’s battle with cancer. Then, at the age of sixteen, she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a disorder resulting in progressive blindness. Rather than letting this dissuade her from following her dreams, Nancy persevered.
Today, she is an accomplished CEO, coach, and motivational speaker. As host of the national radio show Living Full Out, she continues to share her tools for success with audiences and organizations all around the country. Nancy’s life experiences and education provide her the unique ability to empathize with people and at the same time, guide them to be resourceful in attaining their goals.
